Driving & Vehicle Licence Forms

Please find below a list of vehicle licence forms that can be downloaded, printed off and taken in to any of the post offices on the island.

We also provide a dedicated Trade and Emergency only (for example, the production of documentation for the Police or Courts) counter service at Postal Headquarters, Spring Valley Industrial Estate, Douglas.

The counter is open Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) 9am to 5pm for emergency customers and 10am to 4pm for trade customers. Some licensing functions continue to be undertaken by the Department of Transport, at their offices at the Sea Terminal, Douglas.
