Printing & mail merging

We can co-ordinate all your printing requirements. We can also mail merge data onto letters or other documents. You can send your data to us from anywhere in the world via a secure ADSL line or email, for mailing from the Isle of Man.

IMS understands the presentation and delivery of information is crucial, it can also be time-consuming, labour intensive and frustrating, battling with paper jams and addresses not aligning with window envelopes. So let our mailing team take control, allowing you to concentrate on your business.

Machine and manual fulfilment

Machine filling is a fast, inexpensive, way to put complex mailings together. IMS can envelop single and multi-page personalised documents with up to six additional inserts, from C6 to C5, including DL size. If you want to send larger or more unusual items (for example CD's) we also offer a manual filling service.

Scanning

How would you like to have us open your post and have it scanned and sent to you earlier than anyone else?

Our secure document scanning service can process anything from account opening forms to questionnaires and help to save you time and keep you ahead of the competition. We can help with back-scanning too.

Mail response

In addition to sending out your mail, IMS can provide a fast and flexible service to deal with the response generated by your mailings. We can handle a variety of mail response tasks, such as sending out competition prizes, collating returned questionnaires, surveys information requests, both handling requests and despatching the information - our scanning service also avoids the need for manual collation.

Supply of stationery

IMS can source every type of envelope (plain, window, padded and bespoke, wet or self-seal) compliment slips and letterheads at competitive prices. Our printing of addresses and graphics gives a professional and personalised appearance to envelopes and packaging which can boost the effectiveness of your mail shots.

Packaging

If something can be sent by mail - we can pack it. We are experts at handling any type of item - bulky, delicate or awkwardly shaped -and preparing them for mailing, to ensure that they reach customers in perfect condition.

Franking Services

Franking mail can take up a large amount of your time, space and resources. Our service can include the scheduled daily collection of mail from your premises, weighing and franking and same day despatch into the domestic and international mail stream. We also offer ad hoc franking services if you need support on a temporary basis.

Mail Opening

Having the mail opened, sorted and delivered before the start of play gives companies a flying start to the day. With our dedicated aircraft arriving early in the morning, no one can access mail as early as we can. We can either deliver the mail or scan it for electronic delivery, whichever you prefer.
