Redelivery Requests - Notice Left
Should a member of our team call at your address to deliver a parcel, priority or recorded item(s) and you are not available to accept this item, a NOTICE LEFT card will be left.
The card contains information on the time of attempted delivery and also when we expected the time to be returned to the Sorting Office.
Should you receive a notice left card, you can contact us on 664664 to arrange a redelivery or call at your local sorting office to collect the item.
Please note if you are calling to collect a priority or recorded item(s), suitable confirmation of identification will be required. A driving licence, utility bills or passport is acceptable.

07.30 – 12.30 Saturday
