At high water on the afternoon of Sunday 3rd June 2012, up to a thousand boats mustered on the River Thames along with Her Majesty The Queen to take part in the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant.

Our miniature sheet and special commemorative sheets capture the atmosphere and provide a lasting postal tribute and also feature the two Manx vessels that took part - the 'Lady of Mann' and the viking ship 'Vital Spark' pictured above.

Despite the rain the flotilla was bolstered by armed forces, fire, police, rescue and other services with passenger boats carrying around 30,000 flag-waving members of the public placed centre stage, or rather mid-river, in this floating celebration of Her Majesty's 60 year reign.
