At the stroke of the New Year our stamp issue was officially launched at the main Post Office at Regent Street in Douglas.These commemorative covers are specially postmarked in gold-foil with 'Happy New Year' Paul Smith, the time 00:00:01 (first minute of January) and the date 01.01.12.In a limited edition (numbered on the reverse) of 212, they are selling fast.
